  • As stress leads to bruxism, you have to avoid or reduce stress.
  • Before going to sleep, you can take a warm bath to relax yourself. It helps in getting a good night sleep and preventing teeth grinding.
  • You should not chew things or objects like pens or pencils in the daytime as it may lead to clenching the teeth at night.
