People who get good sleep at night times will be more active when compared to the people who don’t get good sleep.

Your mind is compared to a battery, which is required to be charged whenever the power is less.

Your energy levels with lack of sleep will be low because several disorders can develop in your body and mind and you will be frustrated easily for small and normal mistakes which occur in your daily routine.
The interest and concentration levels will also be less if you are suffering with sleep disorders. You will not pay much interest and concentration on work and family issues as your energy levels will not give support, so you perform your daily routine as a machine.
