A new study by researchers in the US and Sweden suggests that using a mobile phone could interfere with your quality of sleep.

The study is published in PIERS Online, a peer-reviewed online journal that publishes new articles on all aspects of electromagnetic theory and applications. PIERS stands for Progress in Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS).

The latest research has proved that more usage of mobile phones will certainly disturb your sleep. This research has been conducted on some men and women who talks more frequently on their mobile phones.

They have been observed keenly on each and every aspect like their way of eating, how much food they consume, their sleeping time, etc.

By observing all these things, it has been found that the people who talk more frequently in their mobile phones obtains less sleep when compared to the people who talks less in their mobile phones.

The reason for this is also found out, i.e. the signals of the mobile phones are responsible to attain this situation.

Generally the signals of the mobile phones were on 884 MHz GSM wireless communications band. While using your mobile phones, this total communication band will be directed to the left hemisphere of your brain which gives an average exposure of 1.4 Watts/kg including the periods of Non-DTX and DTX.

With this high exposure of signals on your brain, it will get disturbed and makes you to attain less sleep.

According to the latest research, it has been proved that the people who talk more in the mobile phones will awake more often in their sleep. The small sounds which don’t make much noise will also be recognized by them and they will be wakening for those simple small sounds.

Other than the sleeping disorder, headache is also one of the major problems which will affect the people who talks more frequently on their mobile phones. The reason for this is the signal.

The exposure of signal will be different at different regions at different timings. Due to this reason, you will attain more frequent headaches by the frequent usage of your mobile phones.

The research is still going-on on this concept and the more outputs are yet to be found out.
