I have almost debilitating problems with sneezing which seems to be caused by cpap machine. I have changed the humidity level throughout the range possible without success. Sometimes, I will stop sneezing for months and then for no reason start again up to hundreds of times each day. Help!

Excellent list you got there of common CPAP problems that affects compliance and their solutions. But I would like to add one more.

If you are not comfortable with sleeping with a mask, why not try CPAP nasal pillows? Instead of strapping the whole thing to your face, you just stick the nasal pillow up your nose and you're good to go.

Of course it still has tubes that doesn't allow much movement just like when you are using masks but at least you don't feel any facial pressure and thus lessens the discomfort.
