All of you might have known that airplane food will be never considered as the fine dining. In your jet lag order the food ahead of time. Most probably go for the vegetarian meal which have the less sodium content or else bring your own food on board.

Have a light meal instead of heavy pasta meal. Pasta meal will make you tired and slow, because it contains more number of carbohydrates and chicken contents in it. Where as the vegetable meal will have lots of proteins which will give energy and feed your system.
